Have you been receiving continuous unwanted calls from a college or university?

No matter how many times you ask them to stop, they keep calling!  It’s time to stop being polite.  These callers may be in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and you could gain up to $1,500 per call, text, or fax.

Beginning on October 16, 2013, telemarketers were no longer allowed to contact consumers without their express prior written consent which should have been in the form of a check box and explicit statement by the company of what their personal information would be used for.  Automated dialing and answering services were also prohibited, though this hasn’t stopped many telemarketers from continuing to call frustrated consumers.

Full Sail University may be calling with the following number:

Stop being polite and take action now!

This University is known to hold on to your contact information for long periods of time–years even–and continue to call through the years.  There have been reports of high school students giving their information to Full Sail and continuing to receive calls from them years later.

Now that the TCPA is in effect, this practice is most likely illegal.  Don’t let them get away with these calls anymore.  Take a stand.  They also tend to disregard appropriate contact hours, often calling late at night.

We are here to help you stop telemarketers.  Fill out the form to the right to begin this process.

*** Update ***

Consumers continue to get multiple calls daily from Full Sail University.

All I did was request information from fullsail university through a Facebook ad. The only thing I gave express permission for them to do was text me information, so when I got a call the first time, I was surprised. I did get a voicemail saying that I should call back and ask to speak with admissions. That was fine. But then theu continue to call me literally evwry single day, sometimea multiple times, and it gets very annoying. I just blocked them today after a week.

Hello! I get multiple calls a day(between 2-4) from 407-391-5568 and I am getting rather sick of it. This has been occurring for around 2 weeks now. They have also never left me a single voicemail as to why they are trying to get ahold of me. Is there anything I can do to stop this annoying daily occurrence? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and have a great night!
