Has this mortgage company been calling you non-stop?

Instead of throwing your phone across the room, take action.  What they’re doing may be considered illegal and you could benefit.  On October 16, 2013, a federal law went in to effect, banning companies from calling, texting, or faxing you using using autodialing or automated messaging without prior express written consent.

If you believe you’re receiving calls without having given prior written consent, you may be eligible to earn up to $1,500 per call or text.  The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is in place to protect consumers from receiving unwanted calls, texts, and faxes, but telemarketing companies won’t stop until you take action.  The following numbers may be used by Quicken Loans:

Don’t let them get away with repetitive phone calls!

Quicken Loans is known to called several times a day, leaving customers messages if they do not answer.  Many are not sure how Quicken got a hold of their number and they have been a continuous nuisance.  Disregarding the Do Not Call list has been an issue with Quicken in the past and this continues to be an issue.  With a company this persistent, it’s time for consumers to take a stand against these practices.

Contact us today.  Join us in the fight against telemarketers in violation of the TCPA.  By filling out the form, you are agreeing to receiving a phone call from a lawyer who will delve deeper in to your case.

*** Update ***

Consumers report receiving multiple calls per day from Quicken Loans.  This happens to customers whom Quicken Loans is already in business with and customers with whom Quicken Loans is vying for their business.

I nipped this in the bud! I called Quicken Loans corp headquarters, asked to be connected to the risk management dept, told the rep the are calling a reverse toll line about 20x a day and the bill is starting to add up, please stop the calls. They did. Risk management knows a report to the fcc will eventually end up with a large fine. hope that helps, worked for me.

add that to the disco list, so far solved…
– (202) area code spam calls from “Political Media”
– (385) area code spam calls from “Federal Finacial”
– (888) 506-6728 calls from “Quicken Loans”

I am thinking about just starting a website that does not allow people to post, it will simply lists who these people are, where they are located, and how to contact the originator to make the calls stop, if i took the time to do so would people appreciate it or would it be a waste of time and people just keep treating me like crap like on these forums? I am willing to take the time to do it, if it will help. Cheers, disco

313-373-3000 I keep getting calls from this number that are unwanted, I told them the first time they called I was on the national do not call registry and to please not call again however they have ignored this and are now calling a couple of times a day. I placed them n a call reject list and blocked their number but they are somehow still getting through and ignoring the fact I do not know them, I never contacted them, I am NOT interested in their services, nor have I ever been a customer of theirs. In fact I can definitely say because of how they act over the phone ignoring requests to stop calling I will NEVER do business with them so why keep calling, this doesn’t make any sense and is considered harassment at this point using string armed selling techniques.
